Grief and loss are universally experienced among all of us, yet most businesses don’t create infrastructure for these losses within teams or organizations. Going through the pandemic has highlighted the vast need to structure our teams and organizations in a way that allows for employees to have space for challenging realities and losses in order to create individuals and ultimately teams that thrive.
